Carol Taubman, president and founder, has a long history in the commercial real estate industry.  Not long after obtaining a B.S. degree  in business from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, Carol relocated to Southern California and went to work as a broker for a local commercial real estate firm in 1985. There she learned the value of providing her clients with exceptional service; a combination of understanding the client's precise needs, research and attention to detail, and an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace. In 1988, driven and experienced, Carol opened Westgate Industrial Properties with a vision to provide highly  personalized service through market knowledge, skill and experience.
